Joseph “Joey” Serafini is well versed in plaintiff personal injury and workers’ compensation litigation,
having successfully achieved millions of dollars in compensation for his clients. In addition, Joey
regularly represents clients in other judicial proceedings, such as arbitration, mediation and Workers
Compensation.
After earning his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Scranton, Joey went on to attend Widener
University Delaware Law School (formally Widener University School of Law, Delaware) for his Juris
Doctor.
