Associate Attorney

Daniel Joseph Serafini joined Serafini & Serafini, P.C., as an Attorney in July of 2021. He represents injured
persons in all aspects of both Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation matters. While attending law
school, Daniel Joseph Serafini was employed by the firm as a law clerk. Due to his strong work ethic,
professionalism, dedication and diligence, an invitation was extended to Daniel to join the firm as an
Associate upon becoming a licensed Attorney.

Daniel Joseph Serafini was raised in Northern New Jersey and graduated from the University of Miami at
Miami, Florida, with a major in Finance and a minor in Business Law. After choosing to continue working
in the health and fitness industry for another year following his graduation from “the U,” he went on to
earn his law degree from New England School of Law located in Boston, Massachusetts. While working
toward his law degree during his first year in law school, Daniel Joseph Serafini had the distinction of
leading his law school to the Semi-Finals of the Northeast Regional Client Counseling Competition,
whereafter the law school went on to win the National Finals in the Spring of 2018.

Also, while in law school, Daniel Joseph Serafini interned at the Massachusetts Volunteer Lawyers Project
at the organization’s Boston address, where he assisted attorneys rendering pro bono legal services to
members of the community, earning him the Public Service Honor during his Spring semester of 2018
before he began serving as a clerk for a small law firm in Chelmsford, Massachusetts handling Real Estate
matters the following Summer.

Throughout the fall semester of his second year of law school in 2018, Daniel Jospeh Serafini interned at
the Office of the Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts within the Office’s Civil
Division. While interning at the Attorney General’s Office under Massachusetts Attorney General Maura
Healey, Daniel Joseph Serafini worked closely with Deputy Attorneys General in the handling of legal
claims arising under both Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 93A, also known as the Commonwealth’s
Consumer Protection Act, and Common Law Torts, including the leading Mass Tort lawsuit filed by the
Office on behalf of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts against both Purdue Pharma LP and the “Sackler
family” (the owners of Purdue Pharma) in August of 2018. He also had the opportunity to assist Deputy
Attorneys General with Civil Rights and Manufactured Housing matters.

In light of both his professional and academic achievements, Daniel Joseph Serafini was granted a
certification by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court pursuant to Court Rule 3:03,
authorizing him to practice law as a Senior Student Attorney in a number of areas of practice even though
he had not yet been licensed by any state bar association to practice.
