Joseph Serafini, Esq. performed his undergraduate studies at the University of Scranton, receiving his B.S. in 2009. He earned his law degree from Widener University School of Law (now known as Widener University Delaware Law School, Wilmington) in 2014, where he served as a Competition Chairmen for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society.
Joseph is licensed to practice in the State Courts of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Nevada, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and regularly advocates for his clients in arbitration, mediation, and various other administrative proceedings. Joseph is also a member and active participant of the Passaic County Bar Association and New Jersey Association of Justice.
Prior to joining Serafini & Serafini, Joseph worked at an insurance defense firm where he represented clients in all manners of civil litigation, insurance coverage, and transactional work in both State and Federal Court.
